The House of Maple Street by Heidi Slowinski (Book Review #678)

The house of maple street is a story about Hillary Altman. She is a grad student who finds accommodation at a residence on Maple street. The house is not just any ordinary house, and that’s when the story reveals its properties.

Hillary is an interesting character in a way where her personality really shines once she meets the other housemates, especially when she meets Keith, the landlord.

The story does expand on each person who lives in that house. It also has paranormal content, twists and turns in the plot that keeps the reader intrigued. The house is haunted, and the ending was spectacularly written.

The pace of the story was fast. I particularly liked that since it added to the intensity of the story and also expressed a more thrilling nature to the plotline.

The literature was very suitable for its genre. The content was detailed. I would recommend this book to people who like to read suspense stories and ghost material. The author has the potential to create good literature, and so I look forward to reading more from this author.
