Real Resilience is a self-help book geared to create a healthier and fitter you. It enables the capacity to recover quality from difficulties and the tougher sides of life. It sets your mind to think right, be positive and how to turn your thoughts around.
I had read a few other books about mindfulness before this one, so I knew what the author was talking about. It is a mental state achieved when you focus on that particular moment at hand and recognize every single feeling, thought, and bodily sensation. This technique is very effective and works for so many problems. It can be used as a primary formula.
The literature is easy to read and understand. The book is friendly, and it is evident that it is aimed to help. I believe anything that could possibly change my life for the better is worth having and reading.
