Second Wind by J. Clint Schumacher (Book Review #1111)

Second wind is a self-help book about being motivated, engaged and how to be a team player. The author discusses complex legal problems and coaches young athletes for a living. This isn’t all he does, but the book definitely is filled is wisdom, and you learn so much from following the steps provided to achieve your goal.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Overcoming adversity is another essential element of this book. The author has many years of experience and knows what he is talking about. The book discusses how you can deal with mental resilience and deal with obstacles in your life.

The literature is easy to read and learn from. Self-help material is supposed to be this way, but you tend to read many wishy-washy books that don’t really teach you much. This book is not like that, and I appreciated its approach because of its difference.

I recommend this read to parents, professionals, and anyone who wants to deal with setbacks in their life.
