TALES FROM THE RED SUN VILLAGE by Mark Swaine (Book Review #1169)

Tales from the red sun village is the first volume and includes three short stories that are completely different from one another. Each stand to their own merit, where you are invited into a short spam of well-crafted anthology of storytelling.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

The midnight foot masseuse, plus a few upgrades, and the child’s ward were all written well, filled with science fiction elements and thrilling descriptive stories. As much as I loved the content, I did not understand the book cover. I just felt it wasn’t representing the rich content inside.

The characters were unique and could be considered gory and bloody at times. I particularly enjoyed the second story and how the video game was cursed. I enjoyed the action and adventure embodied in the premise.
