Creating relationship wellness is a non-fiction self-help book designed to teach the reader about mindfulness and how you can use this technique to develop healthy and positive relationships.
I particularly enjoyed the part of the book where it spoke of transitioning from emotional reactivity to mindfulness in communication. I believe the self-soothing strategies are helpful and needed when we are surrounded by so much stress.
The literature is written well and in such a way that it is easy to follow and understand. The book’s purpose is to assist and enable you to create connections that will empower you. I also enjoyed learning more about creating an emotionally supportive marriage.
