Most of us have dealt with psychological and spiritual traumas and hardships. We have found them hard to overcome, and so this book is useful because the author introduces theories and has done research into trauma, enabling personal growth and therapeutic modalities for the reader.
I mainly found it pleasurable because I didn’t have to have a degree to understand its content. I am aware of the subconscious mind and how its beliefs take over the body and all the energy one can have. So detaching myself from such energy would be very useful for my success. The book enables you to do this.
