Silver, the snow fairy, is a children’s book written about Silver’s journey looking for her magical silver bell. She needs it in time for Christmas, and the elves have stolen it. Silver, her silvery-white unicorn named Wonder, and Winn, the wolf cub, search hard, looking for the bell. On the way, they discover an 8-year-old girl named Sabrina, who has lost her father. Silver chooses to forget about her trouble and helps the little girl instead. Her journey allows her to also discover a few little Christmas magic as well.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

The book has a few black and white illustrations. This added to the enjoyment of the story. Silver is brave, and her personality was likable. The content definitely reminisced the Christmas feeling of celebration and giving. Literature that brings joy and also educates young ones are always my kind of ideal children’s books. I appreciated how the author managed to allow the reader to connect with the essential spirit.

I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good Christmas gift for their child.
