Eat Hot…Look Hot is a cookbook self-help book. It is designed to lose weight by letting you eat more fat and increase your metabolism. It even has a ‘Go to Guide’ for people who do not wish to cook but yet follow the plan in order to get into shape.
While there are many books and methods revolving around ways to lose weight, this book attempts to provide a way, which the user can maintain it as well.
The intentions behind the book appear to be with the notion of not restricting the person on what to eat, count or plan a certain way in order to succeed. Freedom is the way and I believe that is a good thing.
The book is divided into 4 stages. Each stage teaches the reader what to expect and how to prepare a grocery list. The book has pictures and I found the instructions to be easy to follow.
I recommend this cookbook to people that wish to lose weight and keep it off.
