National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day

National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day

Fall has come and here we are celebrating Pumpkin Cheesecake day. Let’s not count the calories today and enjoy a beautiful cut of cheesecake today. After all, pumpkins aren’t just for carving and decorating right?

An ancient form of cheesecake may have been a popular dish in ancient Greece.  It has been found that the earliest attested mention of cheesecake is by the Greek physician, Aegimus, who wrote a book on the art of making cheesecakes. Pumpkin Cheesecake. (Shutterstock)

I would personally like to thank Greece for many things but above all, for cheesecake.
