Unchecked Capitalism is Killing us! By Earl Rynerson (Book Review #822)

Unchecked Capitalism is killing us, has been written to educate the reader about the direct harm that unrestrained Capitalism has on the Americans. The author takes his time to make sure nothing is left unsaid. The validation of the spoken words are highly referenced and referred to. This creates authenticity and credibility to the work read. Corruption of the institutions is apparent, and after finishing the book, it makes you wonder how controlled Capitalism should be?

At a time like this, where the COVID -19 has taken many lives, it is easy to question things when you see a correlation between the corporate lobbying in Washington and its effects on the American people today. The negative consequences should certainly be assessed and discussed. Subject matters like, Capitalism, socialism, industry, and its dysfunction are all discussed in this book.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

The book is very well written and informs the reader keeping them engaged at all times. Although the content is rich and filled with intelligence, it is easy to read and to understand.

I recommend the book to anyone who wishes to know more about the effects of Capitalism and the politics that had led to some of the most damaging effects on the American people.

  1. Sounds like a book with which I would find little agreement, which also may be a good reason to get it. Every now & then it’s good to have something to push against.
