Wander New York: Fitz in the City by Reese and Jon Traves (Book Review #778)

Wander New York is a Children picture book written about Fitz, a little fox who travels to New York for the first time. As he walks and explores the City that never sleeps, he finds himself in a kafuffle walking the subway.

I enjoyed Fitz’s joyfulness of exploration. It was nice to see him learn new things. He visits the Statue of Liberty, the public Library, the terminal, and so much more.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

The literature was easy to read, and the words were chosen wisely. The work is a perfect gift for anyone who wishes to offer a fun and educational book to a child.

I particularly enjoyed Fitz’s personality and courage. The illustrations really stood out for me. The contract of the colors and the combination of the images placed together was really attractive. I recommend this book to parents who are looking to read something fun for their children. This is a very suitable and enjoyable children’s book.
