Of Reality and Dream by Loredano cafaro (Book Review #934)

Of reality and dream is a collection of short stories with flash fiction elements and sharp descriptive writing. Its punchy delivery of exemplified literature truly does take you on various journeys, and since the original work is in Italian, you are bound to feel the difference in translation.

Since the collection is varied, it brought something for everyone. I believe readers who don’t like a long and twisted form of storytelling would like this one.

Its short form does not make you expect any flow or pace but instead intrigue and entertainment. I would like to read more from this author but a rather long form of storytelling. His ability in portraying an imaginary world was significantly noticeable.

I recommend this book to fiction readers and those who like short stories.
