THAT MAGIC MISCHIEF By Susanna Allen (Book Review #1212)

That magical mischief is an occult fiction story about witches and wizards. Annabelle Walsh is a young wish going through the heartache of a breakup. She wants the easier way out and is frustrated that she can’t use a spell just to forget about him. But her life is more to offer, and you get to read along and enjoy how Annabelle’s life changes.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

I enjoyed Annabelle, but I also found her friends interesting as well. They really made Annabelle shine, adding a certain richness to the story. The narrative is contemporary and is filled with fantasy elements.

I liked the book cover design and believed it reflected the content inside. I think the author is a particular skill in representing the genre at hand and did a fantastic job writing it.

I recommend this book to those who like wizards and fantasy stories.
