‘Cance, Covid and Me’ is a memoir about how an individual can overcome having cancer at a time when everything is shut down, and due to Covid, no operations are being conducted. Marissa’s story is told in a very raw way, and you get to understand how everything falls into place for this strong woman.
The literature is easy to read and follow. It is an emotional and touching notion of a woman struggling with depression as well as other childhood issues as well. I enjoyed reading this book because of how it was presented.
I recommend this book to memoir readers and those who enjoy reading uplifting material.
