Keisha and the Rise of the Legacy by T.R. Tells (Book Review #1341)

‘Keisha and the Rise of the Legacy’ is a fantasy story about Keisha Alighieri, a 14-year-old who travels to the Inferno world in an attempt to save her kidnapped mother, only to realize that her father, Dante and his bloodline are all hunters and protectors of the same world.

Keisha is not alone, and with the help of Verona Mars as her guide, she undergoes plenty of drama and action to understand the legacy she is meant to be born into. The storyline has a steady pace keeping you intrigued and reading. The dialogue and characters are very well created for the fantasy and age group it’s geared for.

The nature of all the elements combined brings out an interesting dynamic of a tale. The author creates a beautiful world where anything is possible, and as you get to know Keisha, you also understand her strengths and weaknesses.

I recommend this book to fantasy fans.
