Sean Tackles London by Tanya Premingera (Book Review #527)

Sean Tackles London is a children’s book about Sean. He is a little boy who likes to play soccer/football. They spend family time in London and again we have Sean who still manages to have an argumentative nature towards demanding things he wants.

Sean is so smart that he even asks about how much his wage will be once he becomes a professional player. As they take the London underground, the dialogue and conversations continue with Sean either asking for things or his parents trying to calm him down from his pursuits.

I found the literature to be better written than the previous book I had read. The location and site seeing’s were intriguing. It taught children about London and special landmarks, as well as Sean, continued to be a curious little boy. I particularly enjoyed the details involved in the illustrations for this book.

I recommend this book to parents who are looking for books that inspire their children in landmarks and sport.
