Magic of nature is a self-help book geared towards meditations and spells that find your inner voice. The book begins with earth meditations and then follows with gardening, hiking, swimming and more. We are encouraged to break free and take ourselves away from technology.
The author discusses how the world has changed and how distant we have all become. I particularly enjoyed how she emphasised our inner need for nature and teaches us to listen to the energies around us. She believes that our bodies are electric and harness much power.
I have read other books from this author, so I knew the quality of literature I expected. She did not disappoint. Everything was easy to follow and understand. The author also includes personal experience into the mix, which made the content more relatable and friendlier.
I recommend this book to self-help readers and those who wish to make a better version of themselves.Tweet
