Food as a Prescription by Anthony & Staci Lo Cascio (Book Review #1113)

Food as a prescription is a health book for those wondering what their diet is doing to their health.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

The book contains examples of food diaries, and we all know how important keeping a log of what we eat is to our health. It also includes critical elements for testing foods and supplements. The work is very educational and informative.

The more you read, the more you know what mistakes you are making or how better you can approach things. I particularly liked how the authors explained how to eat out safely. This section is critical since we mostly tend to eat out or have trouble in social gatherings.

I recommend this book to health book readers and Gluten-free, Soy-free, Corn-free, Dairy-free diet fans.
