Ötzi’s Odyssey by Neil Perry Gordon (Book Review #1132)

Ötzi’s Odyssey is a metaphysical fiction story about an iceman whose body comes back to life. Scientists have been studying the body since 1991. The body was found in the Italian Alps. As the story takes you on a journey to medical treatments dating back to thousands of years ago, you know more about the character’s soul in the past and the body coming to terms with its awakening.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I particularly enjoyed how the book focused on historical, scientific, and interpersonal elements. The author demonstrates an enthralling story explaining why the Neolithic man was found where he was, and you also voyage into the spiritual realms.

The literature is written well and is thrilling to read. The book can easily excite the enthusiast and make you want to read more. The pace is steady, and the premise is novel. I appreciated the creativity and thought gone into the work. I look forward to reading more from this author and recommend this book to those who like creative fictional stories.
