Travels and Tribulations is a memoir written about Nelson’s journey through the years, beginning in 2008 and ending in 2020. He lets us in his travels and his personal/spiritual journey, understanding people around the world and, above all, allowing us into his life. Nelson guides us through his grief and regrets. He writes a genuinely heartwarming travel biography and displays an emotional voyage through love, loss, and change.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

When you read a memoir, you look for sincerity and honesty. Nelson presents an enduring, heartfelt effect of his relationships and self reflects. I enjoyed reading this book, and since it was short, I managed to finish it fast.

This is an intimate and thrilling read. I recommend this book to those who like nonfiction material and travel.
