The wedding survival kit is a nonfiction self-help book providing 44 strategies to assist the wedding planner with less stress and conflict. Besides the approaches, you also get to read about special resourses and lists of questions you would ask your vendor.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

I believe you can simply count this book as a bible for those who aren’t familiar with all the details a wedding entails. The authors have paid attention to covering all the bases and more. It is apparent that this book is accomplished by a group, and why not? It really does take that much work just to list these things, never mind doing them.

I believe they could have gone with a better cover design. I found it too simple but what existed inside was valuable and educational. The other thing that made me think while reading this book was how the wedding industry has changed.

I recommend this book to those getting married, are in the industry, or are planning to arrange one.
