How to motivate yourself in 15 minutes is a nonfiction self-help book. It is geared for those who wish to have a relatively faster approach towards motivation and feeling more driven.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

I enjoyed how organized the book was. The literature is written in such a way that everyone can take something from reading the book.

The author explains health, joy, and insight to be the means to feeling calm, cool, and collected. He teaches you new life skills, enables you to become savvy and intelligent, and discusses internal motivation.

What a beautiful cover design, and why not? It just shows how much thought has been given to creating this book. I found it to be a perfect reflection of what was inside.

I recommend this book to those who like to live a better life and be motivated in their endeavors.
