The Tapestry by Audrey N Lewis (Book Review #1276)

The Tapestry is a paranormal and urban fantasy story set in 1912 starring Maia, a virgin – pregnant 14-year-old who finds herself giving birth to a little albino, hermaphrodite baby named Justice. She has no one but a pack of coyotes who take her in.

Fearful of her own life and her baby, she cannot return to her parents or the churchgoers. Maia has a lot to deal with, and at such a young age, it is a tremendously interesting read to find out how she navigates it all.

Maia is a lovable character. Her persona as a mother and her relationship with Justice truly takes the story to another level.

The cover design of the book is superbly complementing the content inside. This is a very intriguing read. I recommend this book to fantasy readers.
