The Sound of Patriarchy and Other Stories by L. F. Roth (Book Review #1410)

‘The Sound of Patriarchy and Other Stories’ is a collection of short stories. It contains a mixture of humorous and sombre storylines that make it suitable for all readers.

The contemporary narrative keeps the content alive, and although the book cover did not represent the interesting content inside, the stories kept everything alive, and the reader intrigued.

What I particularly enjoyed about the book was how some of the events were traumatic, and the descriptive counterpart of the scenes enabled me to envision the story very well.

I recommend this book to those who like to read in short intervals and enjoy collection stories.
