Destiny of Determination – Faith and Family By Cathy Burnham Martin (Book Review #1460)

‘Faith and Family’ is a historical fiction memoir about Hrant Gulumian escaping Armenia and moving to America. This is the second book of its series. It is about having faith and the love you have for your family. Survival is important, and you understand how it feels to endure such change.

As an immigrant, you certainly feel every word and understand the triumph and survival mode. I enjoyed reading this book because it was written well and possessed a certain sense of feeling.

The author’s truthful approach and portrayal of reality stood out throughout the book. The work was captivating and exciting. I recommend this book to those who wish to know about life running away from genocide and enjoy memoirs.
