Unmatched by Sarah Lavane (Book Review #1505)

‘Unmatched’ is a non-fiction memoir about a woman who seeks to find peace and meaning in her life. Divided into four parts, you slowly but surely begin to understand and see life through Sarah’s eyes from the beginning.

True, dating life is not easy, but with the added health issues and constant doubting and questioning of her faith, Sarah struggles to bring understanding. I appreciated the glossary at the end explaining the foreign terms.

It is apparent the author has cared about ensuring this book is written with honesty and is presented well. The written described emotions and events are well put together. Sarah touches on her background and moves forward which enables the reader a foundation for what she is to present in the end.

I recommend this book to those who enjoy reading memoirs and also are religiously inclined.
