The intention of the book is clear. It is to help and educate. For this purpose, it has succeeded. The book cover is also well-designed and represents the content inside. It is apparent that the author has thought well into producing this work.

I primarily enjoyed the posture framework she represents. She offers a pain-free living. I recommend this book to those who care about their body and enjoy self-help material.
