‘Breaking Free from Suffering’ is a short but sweet account of a self-help book providing ways for the reader to confront their mind and stop the negative thoughts that escalate into negative habits, depression and self-harm.
The book is organized and well put together. The author discusses self-mastery and how the reader can obtain that with understanding, progression and letting go.
As you read through the book, you can see that the author has cared to provide a useful book. I was not a big fan of the book cover and felt it did not represent the rich content inside.
If you are a fan of self-help material and enjoy spending time working on yourself to be happier, then this book is for you.
