Moonlight and Fire: The Fallen Princess by Ashlyn Lance (Book Review #1543)

‘Moonlight and Fire’ is a fantasy coming-of-age story. The moon kingdom is in danger. The Elder Council of Evenar reveals a prophecy enforcing Princess Lunielle to leave all she knows familiar, move to earth, and enlist the help of Aurion Galengard, a horticulturist who wants to join the ranks of the Guard.

Princess Lunielle’s personality, due to her age, begins as very young and inexperienced; however, as the storyline progresses, her personality develops. The supporting characters supported her growth, and as you read along, you notice a lot of storylines that enrich the main line plot.

The premise is enjoyable and unique. The cover design is well thought out. The twists and turns provoke the reader, keeping them intrigued.

I recommend this read to those who enjoy fantasy stories and books in a series.
