The Alter Prey by Frederick Mulae (Book Review #1545)

‘The Alter Prey’ is a psychological drama thriller about Stuart Ryder. He is a psychologist and hypnotherapist. In one of his therapy sessions, he accidentally triggers his traumatic childhood memory and regresses to his alternate persona, Paolo.

Paolo commits a violent sexual assault, causing a huge drama for this storyline. You are instantly grabbed and melted into the concept of the storyline. The constant wonder of what’s going to happen next is the ultimate tease.

The story is written very well. The author has a certain penmanship that is unique and enjoyable to read. The double personality and intense, thought-provoking scenes induce an exciting subject matter.

If you are into psychological drama, you will enjoy this book. I recommend this story.
