“For a Song: The Most Enduring Tunes Ever Written” is a book that looks at two dozen of the most famous songs of all time. The book is divided into three sections, and each one stands by its focus, which is to provide an insightful look into these classic popular tunes.

I particularly favored the second part, where I focused on the holiday favorites. The Christmas songs and composers were interesting to me. I believe what stands out in this book is how every single poem was chosen with a purpose. Each had a message and presented something to the reader. I appreciated the thought that had gone into creating it.

The cover design represented the content inside. It was well chosen and crafted. The work was organized and well put together. I liked how it reflected a variety of tunes.

I look forward to reading more from this author and recommend it to those who like to read material that is thought-provoking and enjoyable to the heart.
