Dr. Fredrick Woodard who has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed psychologist and certified hypnotherapist instructs you in Developing Your Superconscious Awareness: Connecting with an Interactive Universe. He does this through his advanced education of phenomenological and humanistic interviewing techniques that simplify the wording of the summarized cases, and the resulting commonalities and awareness they share. This work is based on 20 years of primary research and interviews that remains on going.

This opening up to new possibilities, changes how you see yourself in the universe and improves your ability to maintain and maximize your spiritual growth. The summary of the plot is the different commonalities that connect these supernatural experiences in each chapter, Chapters 2 -9, such as, out of the blue, the first thought that comes to your mind, altering time and space, perceiving through feelings and thoughts, interaction with external influences: creatures, perceiving unexpected beings and objects, communicating after death, and ethical supernatural awareness: using your gifts responsibly. Then there are twelve key findings that are common threads throughout many of the experiences.

These commonalties have exercises at the end of each chapter to help with experiencing these various qualities of experience. In essence one is exploring aspects of the universe that were previously invisible. 51 first person accounts are presented and the things they share in common to help you expand your views. These self described situations with author meaning added, present excellent material to question the logically explained universe and consider other possibilities.

Supernatural experiences frequently stand out in the minds of those who experience them and frequently result in transformational changes. Individuals who’ve had supernatural experiences often seek others who have shared similar experiences, in order to validate their experiences. At the end of each chapter are important self-help exercises to help you accomplish your goals. The book ends with a brief chapter on dealing with skeptics.
