Janie Ligon’s Recipe for Revenge by Danny Levin (Book Review #1631)

‘Janie Ligon’s’ is a story about retaliation for a divorce Janie believes she should not be facing, and now her husband has to pay the price for it. It is a unique tale about how far someone will go, and they learn during the process.

While Janie’s personality may not be as relatable to some, the writing style and its unpredictable nature certainly increased the dynamic of the book.

I particularly enjoyed its unpredictability. Normally, fiction tales can be thought through or expected; however, this one was a joy in this sense. I didn’t appreciate the retaliation; however, it was still an enjoyable experience.

The literature is written well, and the pace of the story is steady, constantly introducing a new scene and drama to the mix. I recommend this book to those who like to read fictional tales.
