King Hexar returns to Southport in the kingdom of Loran only to realize that his daughter, Princess Lorana Eddenhold, has not done an excellent job in charge. The war he went off to finish has created an enormous amount of debt and has accomplished nothing beneficial for him, and now he has a kingdom that is purely struggling in every possible way.
