‘Brandy, Ballad of a Pirate Princess,’ is a historical fiction about Brandy, raised by pirates. When Dom Lomoche kills Brady’s father and her mother’s secret is revealed, Brady has to lift the curse from the ship and claim her right in this world.
The story was highly descriptive and filled with a beautiful narrative on the Caribbean islands. The battles and the way the storyline and the scenes interacted were exceptional. Everything from the characters and how they were developed created an enticing story.
The cover design complemented the content inside. The steady pace kept the reader wanting more, and as it was a historical novel, the facts and timing of things were well-researched and put together.
What predominately stood out in this book was Brandy herself. Her personality and demeanour towards everything were admirable, and how she dealt with all that was against her was a delight.
I recommend this book to fiction readers and those who like stories that contain thrilling concepts.

As I sit here with my warm cup of coffee, I have a smile on my face. I am reminiscing all that has happened this year and what the new year will bring. It has certainly not been easy, but it’s been great. I sincerely wish you all the best of health and happiness in these cherished moments you share with family and friends.
