15 steps to healthy living is a well-being self-help book written primarily to assist people in naturally losing weight and living a healthy life by gaining the right energy. The author demonstrates 15 ways of achieving such a goal by using his grandmother as an example. He uses her success in living 105 years as a source to prove how one can live this long by eating the right nutrition’s, supplements, and ingredients.
The goal is to be happy and to live a more fulfilling life. This was apparent after reading the book, and I found it to be a resourceful tool. The content was organized and summarized individually, which was helpful.
I found the literature to be friendly and easy to understand. This was important to me as sometimes these books are written in such a way that it is not clear what to do or how to succeed in achieving the goal.
On top of the usual things that we all know contributes to a healthy life such as exercise, eating healthy, and sleeping well, you also get to read on detoxing and positive psychology.
The book also offers a health plan for yourself, which one can literately use in starting their path. I found that to be very useful.
I recommend this book to people who wish to live a better life and care for their health.
