Self-Trust: How to Build Trust, Heal Burnout and Navigate Through Life on Purpose by Ana Barreto (Book Review #455)

Self-Trust is a self- help book focusing on women and how they can heal and build trust as they sail through the ups and downs of life.

I was initially really intrigued by the cover of the book and then realized that the content truly did reflect the beautiful cover as well.

By discussing self-sabotage and not having time I believe the author touched on issues that modern women face. I particularly enjoyed the part where the author reassures us not to believe everything that covers our thoughts.

The notion of being a people pleaser is very common amongst women and the author also covers that in her book. I believe the book suits women and people that are seeking a better lifestyle.

Finding the truth is what this book is about and I believe it may actually be it. I will end this review with a quote from the dedication section of the author. I believe it is very fitting for all of us.

โ€œTo all the women who may think they are time-poor, feel physically exhausted and

Emotionally depleted, and believe that life is hard and something to endure, there is a way out.โ€
