Joshua: Life After Theos By Patricia Miller (Book Review #564)

Joshua – Life after Theos is a stunning story written about a government named Theos. The people there don’t know much about the humans but two scientists risk their lives and work for years trying to prove that they too can live and survive on earth. As they pass away, their son travels to earth with his ex-girlfriend, trying to continue his parent’s legacy.

What then transpires are the struggles and experiences they encounter being a foreigner on a planet that is not their own. As the two live apart they are to meet to regain body strength in order to survive. Each live such different lives but yet, something is there and I believe that is what made this story different.

The literature was beautifully written with science fiction material satisfying the reader. The pace of the story was decent and had a nice flow to it. The content and storyline were perfectly suited for someone who likes love stories and science fiction.

I enjoyed the dynamic of the interactions, the experiences encountered, the dialogue between them and how the characters were interconnected without wanting to.

I look forward to reading more from this author. She definitely has potential in creating good work.
