7 minutes to freedom by Natalya Androsova (Book Review#883)

7 minutes to freedom is a self-help book enabling the reader to meditate and liberate. The author uses prompts, words of wisdom, and intuition revealing secrets and providing an authentic voice.

The book isn’t geared towards people who wish to only write, but it will definitely assist in that avenue as well. I found the work to be inspiring in providing the ability to be heard and liberate oneself in writing. It provides answers to why we write or discover self-esteem.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

7 Minutes to freedom might not be a 7 minutes read, but it does provide enough information to achieve that. It is all about relationships, and it begins with yourself, then others, life, nature, the world, pain, rhythms, time, change, space, freedom, attention, and so much more. In fact, there are a hundred uncomplicated and powerful seven-minute meditations to use as a guide to achieving the goal.

I predominantly enjoyed the part where the author discusses the understanding and relationship we have with love. I enjoyed reading about connectivity and the fact we write what we feel.

I recommend this book to anyone who is seeking clarity in life and wants to separate life from the living.
