From My Balcony To Yours by Nino Gugunishvili (Book Review #950)

From my balcony to yours is a biography written as a collection of short stories aimed to enlighten you and inform you of her personal account during the first several months of the Covid-19. Her observations are sweet and endearing. The book is thought-provoking and discusses matters that are real and possess an honest reflection of reality.

I found it interesting to read Nino’s thoughts, feelings, and perspective on the matter. Covid-19 has definitely affected everyone and not just in this country. Everyone has a tale and take on the issue, and Nino openly talks about hers.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

I also appreciated her witty writing, humor, and frankness. The memoir begins a little slow but picks up and can be read in a small number of sittings. Not every biography is fun or exciting to read, but this one was surprisingly good.

I recommend this book to people dealing with COVID-19 and who like memoirs.

  1. A great review, because in a couple short sentences the reader will “see” if this is a book to buy. I’m betting most people will value the description. I do.
