One Day One Life by David Stewart (Book Review #1315)

One Day One Life is a nonfiction memoir about David’s life and reflections on his addictions and challenges. It is filled with the love for his sons and partner, his understanding of the matter, and how his journey takes him to where he is now.

The emphasis on what happiness is and how one can achieve it dominates the premise of the book. It is written well and, above all, demonstrates human strength.

The perception and discussion are played in front of you. Drug psychosis is explained, and how important taking care of what we eat, how much we sleep, and how often we drink water is demonstrated.

I recommend this book to those struggling with addiction of any kind.
