The author is a businessman with enough experience and knowledge to be a nutritional therapist. The story is personal, and he explains how the pandemic caused him to embark on his own journey to discovering the ‘Magic Pill’.
What I predominately enjoyed about the book was how it presented a positive change and made you feel that this isn’t just you dealing with it. The feeling of not having to be the only one struggling ensures you want to read more and learn more.
The book is educational, inspirational and fun. I recommend it to those who wish to make a substantial change in their life.
