Over Her Head by Crystal Inman (Book Review #1594)

‘Over Her Head’ is a contemporary romance story and begins with Marisol Winters. She is struggling with her loss and is missing her fiancé. Marisol has lost not only his mother but also his partner, and so emotionally, she is in a dilemma when Shawn, Danny’s brother, pursues her.

Things take off with Shawn, and the tale’s dynamic emphasizes all the dilemmas Marisol faces as a woman. The way her personality is portrayed makes her relatable, and you are able to instantly bond with her.

While the narrative has a steady pace, it is also equally enjoyable. As you progress through the book, the more characters you see introduced, increasing the richness of the premise.

I was not a big fan of the book cover, but the interior was well drafted. The ending was executed well. I recommend this book to those who like fictional storylines and romance.
