Rules of Health By Behzad Azargoshasb (Book Review #634)

Rules of health is a self-help book written by a naturopathic doctor designed to effectively provide you with regulations and ways to manage your health. The focus is on making small changes in order to break bad habits and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The primary emphasis is on having a healthy weight, obtaining good sleep, de-stressing, and detoxifying the body. Although the author insists that the book is simply there to provide informative material for the general health and wellbeing of the reader, it does deliver an organized, well planned and to the point structure plan.

I particularly enjoyed the part where the sections were put together as rules. For example, there were rules for air, water, food, sleep, and more. The literature was easy to understand and to read.

The author works his way into finding the root cause of concern for the patient and then offers prevention as a method to ratify the problem.
