‘Not a Plant-Based Diet’ is a nonfiction self-help book that teaches you all there is about eating in a way that you feel more energized, in control, and at the same time lose some weight.
The author’s life and experience lead to the creation of this book, and it contains information on how to reduce inflammation or all the benefits of the plant-based lifestyle. It isn’t a diet book, so I enjoyed reading it because it was informative and educational instead.
This is a nicely-researched book and is very organized. The one thing that really stood out was how the content was unique to its premise. I recommend this book to those looking at eating healthy differently.
