The author uses her past experiences in order to start her own business, and better her life in becoming that she is today. By using the skills and techniques that worked for her, Beth creates a guidebook in order to help others. Her intentions are pure; she desires to see everyone happy and successful in their lives.
Beth believes that by changing just one belief, habit or thought, one could possibly change their whole life. The book covers subjects like behaving like a child, or keeping calm, and how valuable sleep is in order to grow and perform.
The literature was very simple and contained humor in order to lighten up the subject. It was very easy to read and to understand. I appreciated the organized approach the author took in order to explain matters that were important to her.
I would recommend this book to people who like to know more about making some modifications in their lifestyle. I personally believe that all the methods and alterations in the book would only be possible if at first, the person practices self-discipline.
