Horn-Horn, Cracked is a young adult comedy fantasy novel written about Cassie. Book two is a continuation of book one. Cassie goes back to school. Pete, a convicted murderer, is astray and causes chaos in town. Cassie somehow gets pulled into the whole ordeal and is sent back in time to the 1950s. Thanks to Danube, a visitor who also confiscates Zag, Cassie has to return then and set things straight.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

I found myself lost at first since I had not read book one. Soon I managed to put things together and then began enjoying the story. The content was dark and humorous. I believe the magic was in the writing, and the author carefully executed the literature in such a way that the reader wanted to read the entire book until the end.

I believe the series is catchy and inviting. The author has the potential to write and create excellent material. The pace of the story was steady. As this book was geared towards young adults, I believe it needed to be wittier and more fun. The author managed to do that and also add the eagerness to explore the story even further.

I would recommend this book to dark fantasy readers and people who like time travel.
