Manifesting your best future self is a self-help book about developing your health, happiness, and success in the life you are leading. It does not just cover the physical side of things. It also discusses the emotional aspects and effects of the challenges we face in life. The book educates the reader with exercises and techniques. It makes you mindful and delivers a perspective that is thought-provoking. The work prepares you for difficult times.

The book also discusses adaptive resilience, something I strongly agreed with and definitely made me want to know more.  Everything step of the book is educational. The author explains the impacts of sympathetic dominance, engagement, and parasympathetic dominance over physiological, emotional, behavioral, and mental health.

I predominately enjoyed reading the case study about the frustrations of a teenager. The author allows the reader to understand how to improve their well-being, performance, and mental stability. The literature is easy to read and follow. Each chapter is summarized in the end, and I found that useful.

I recommend this book to people who like to read self-improvement books and are after psychological related material.
