The swing of life is the second part of a contemporary fiction/family novella written about Antonia turning 50. He is surrounded by everyone he loves. However, the party falls apart a bit with him having some unanswered dilemma. As days go by Antonia understands more and more about secrets that his family and friends have been hiding from him.
The story is fast read and steady paced. The second book has nothing to do with the first, and for that reason, you don’t need to buy both books to follow what is going on. The literature is easy to read and to understand. The author has written a family relationship story and the dynamic of characters that influence the lead character.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rating: 4 out of 5.I think the author can produce more prolonged and more in-depth stories. This is just the beginning for him. With only 60 pages, there wasn’t much room for character development, much dialogue, or descriptive writing; however, the potential for it was all there.
I recommend this story to anyone who likes to read a book in one sitting.
