The author has produced his own brand titled Health Mind Soul Lifestyle & Wellness, so he knows what he is talking about.
As part of this self-improvement book, the author discusses meditation, finding passion in your career, finding inspiration, forgiveness, and so much more.
I particularly enjoyed how at the end of every section, there was a place where we would decide what changes we were going to make after reading that particular segment of the book.
